Truth
Spiritual Practice: Affirm regularly throughout the day: “All the truth I need is within me. I meditate daily to tap into that truth."
Spiritual Practice: In your seeking after truth, trust yourself. Everyone follows their own path ultimately, no matter what religion or spiritual path they subscribe to. No two paths are the same, though they lead to the same goal. Affirm: “I trust the wisdom within me to guide me in my search for truth."
Spiritual Practice: Get into the habit of repeating truth daily in the form of affirmations or short statements. It will spiritualize your consciousness and ultimately lead to realization. Statements of truth have a profound effect on you, especially when you consider that you are what you think, and manifest according to your habitual thoughts.
Spiritual Practice: Work toward uncovering old beliefs that aren't true: beliefs about yourself, beliefs about your health and body, beliefs about money, beliefs about God, beliefs about the world. Write them all down without censoring them. Where did you learn them? How do they affect you now? Are they true? Look for examples in your life that clearly disprove the old negative beliefs. Or look at the lives of others if you need to. Then affirm the truth in all these areas, taking one at a time, to instill new beliefs in your conscious and subconscious minds.
Spiritual Practice: When communicating with others, keep in mind that there's a difference between fact and truth. Truth does no harm, but rather helps, uplifts, and heals. Avoid stating unpleasant facts about another person that will harm or bring him or her down. Let your words be soothing and uplifting as a general rule.
